FOOD
Good, nourishing food has a profound impact on your mood and overall well-being. Our talented chefs Koen and Claire will bring their shared passion for real, nourishing food to this retreat, creating meals that do more than just feed—they support energy, balance, and well-being. With Koen’s creativity in the kitchen and Claire's background in integrative nutrition, they focus on using whole, honest ingredients to create food that truly supports both body and mind. They bring there expertise & experience form the food bar ‘Recover’ to our table.
Together, they make every meal an experience—one that encourages slowing down, connecting, and feeling good from the inside out. Dishes that are as artfully presented as they are flavorful, reflecting the rhythm and tastes of the changing seasons. Think of fresh comforting dishes to share, lots of locally harvested fruits and vegetables, and something just sweet enough to balance it all out.
Most meals will be served to share. Gathering around the table offers a special chance to connect, creating space for meaningful interactions in a welcoming, communal atmosphere.
Join us at the table and taste what it means to nourish with intention.
CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
You don’t need to be an artist to be creative; every human being is creative. In our daily life we are used to doing everything with a goal in mind; to get better at something, to get smarter, to develop a skill.
But we are here to challenge you to let go of any targets and try to do the creative workshops just for yourself. To find a moment of peace, to relax and to calm your nervous system. Don’t be frustrated or focused on the end result, allow yourself to be in the present. Working with your hands and with your intuition.
You'll receive the full details of the workshop schedule just before we begin. But image yourself amidst the green fields in an intuitive painting session, shaping clay with your hands, threading coasters, or dyeing fabrics—letting creativity flow freely.
YOGA & Pilates
Yoga & pilates practices offers the perfect opportunity to tune inward, allowing you to connect deeply with yourself. It’s a time to reflect on how you feel, listen to what your body is telling you, and quiet the mind from the noise of daily life.
Through mindful movement and breath, yoga & pilates helps you become more aware of your sensations and emotions, gently guiding you back to your intuition. It’s a practice of presence, where each breath invites you to be fully in the moment, fostering a deeper understanding of your inner self.
location
This is a place to reconnect with yourself and indulge with the charm of the French countryside. In the middle of the sunflower fields you will find the beautiful French villa.
The country house is located in the small village Les Ormes in the romantic Île-de-France region, only 1,5h away from vibrant Paris. Surrounded by lush greenery, the house exudes a sense of serene calm. Its three floors and numerous windows create an airy, light-filled atmosphere. Inside, you’ll find three cozy living rooms, complete with bookshelves and a piano. Each morning, the creaking wooden stairs will lure you downstairs, following the aroma of delicious meals being prepared in the kitchen.
The outdoor space offers plenty of quiet corners to retreat to, or you can take a refreshing dip in the pool. In the evenings, we’ll gather around large tables, dining among the flowers and greenery. In short, this is the ultimate place to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
